Can you help with a ticket order I have already placed?

No, and it is important to understand why. This site does not sell tickets, take payments or hold any record of your order. Purchases are handled entirely by the marketplace you bought from, and only they can see your order, resend tickets, process a refund or fix a delivery problem. Contact them using the details on your order confirmation.

How do I report a tour date that has changed?

Email us with the city and what changed, and a link to where you saw it if you have one. Venue and promoter listings are the strongest sources. We re-check against Live Nation and the artist's official tour page, correct the schedule and update the verification date printed on it.

Do you take guest posts or paid links?

No. We do not publish guest articles, sell links or accept paid placements of any kind. The only commercial relationship on this site is the ticket affiliate programme described on the affiliate disclosure page, and it never determines which dates or venues get covered.

There is no contact form. This is a static site with no database and nowhere to store a submission, and a form that quietly loses messages is worse than no form at all.

What we are glad to hear about

A date that has moved, been added or been cancelled. The most useful message we get. Include the city and a link to the venue or promoter listing if you have one.
A support act that has changed. Openers drop off tours more often than headliners and the change is rarely announced loudly.
A venue detail that is wrong or out of date. Bag rules, chair policies and parking arrangements change between seasons and we would rather correct them than leave someone stranded at a gate.
A question the site does not answer. If you had to look elsewhere for something, that is a gap worth filling. Several pages here exist because someone asked.

What we cannot do

Access, change, resend or refund an order — see the note above.
Get you tickets to a sold-out show, or access to a presale.
Pass a message to Jason Aldean, his management or a venue. We have no connection to any of them.
Arrange meet-and-greets, guest lists or media accreditation.

Press and rights holders

If you represent the artist, a venue or a promoter and something here is inaccurate or you want an image or reference removed, email the same address with details and we will act on it promptly. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
